Michael Dixson


Michael has over 12 years of experience in retail, multifamily, and master planned development construction, franchising, and business administration. An entrepreneur at heart, Michael founded PDG, Inc (Prestige Development Group) in 2007 and has since grown the company to become the leading developer in the Southwest.

By always approaching business in a fair, diligent, and thoughtful manner, Michael has effectively turned Prestige Development Group from a dream, into one of the most prominent NNN developers in the country. Michael is a member of NAIOP Developing Leaders, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA), and March of Dimes of Southern New Mexico. In his limited spare time, he enjoys weightlifting, golfing, cooking, and most of all, spending time with his three kids and his lovely wife.

Christina Dixson

Vice President of Operations

As the land acquisition and retail sales manager at Prestige Development Group, Christina is responsible for all commercial land transactions. Christina has been with Prestige Development Group for over 4 years and has helped expand the company to Texas, Washington, Ohio, Colorado, and all throughout New Mexico. Her background is in real estate, sales, and business administration. In 2014, Christina received the Gross Sales Award from Exit Realty Horizons, and holds various Real Estate awards and honors. She enjoys keeping up with commercial franchise trends, and is well versed not only in acquisition and sales, but many aspects of franchise capital, market projections, and economics.

She enjoys decorating her home and spends weekends working on Do It Yourself projects. Christina loves spending her spare time at home with her lovely family; her three rambunctious babies, two energetic dogs, and wonderful husband.

Jennifer Nelson

Retail & Acquisitions Associate

Jennifer joined Prestige Development Group in 2013 to work alongside the CEO to coordinate development implementation. With a background in management and sales, Jennifer is an invaluable member of our team and an asset to our company.

She is originally from Arizona, but now calls New Mexico home. On weekends Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful daughters.

Leland Nelson

Construction Manager

As Vice President of Development at Prestige Development Group Leland is responsible for overseeing that each project is completed to the satisfaction and timeline of the customer with the utmost emphasis on a quality, lasting product. Leland came to Prestige Development Group in October of 2014 with a record of success, having previously worked for a New Mexico based Defense Contractor and has worked closely with the Army Corps of Engineers. Since coming on board Leland has been in charge of running multiple ground-up retail developments, adding to his impressive career spanning over the last two decades.

Leland has managed projects of all size and scale, such as multi million dollar Radiographic Test Facilities, as well as Consolidated Munition Maintenance Facilities, to name a few. Leland has vast experience in the ready mix concrete business and previously held the title of Vice President for the New Mexico Ready Mix and Aggregate Association. In his spare time, Leland enjoys watching NCAA and NFL football, Chicago Cubs baseball, and spending time with his family and friends.

Jennifer Martinez

Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant, Jennifer is responsible for assisting all staff with clerical work.

165x100-2Jennifer is proud to call Las Cruces home and enjoys hiking its scenic surrounding areas with her kids on the weekends. She describes herself as a “baseball mom”, spending much of her time with her boys at baseball practices and games. Jennifer enjoys reading, working out, entertaining friends, and eating good food. She brings light-heartedness and a fun, whimsical sense of humor to the team.

Alex Salcido

Design Manager


 Alex has worked as a consultant with Prestige Development Group for several years. As the design manager he is responsible for managing all in-house and third party architects and engineers. He has a bachelors degree in Architecture, an incredible eye for design, and a very distinguished work ethic. We are very proud and very lucky to have Alex as part of our team.

On his free time he enjoys going to the movies, visiting family in his hometown, hanging out with friends and playing with his dog Zimba.

Thomas Morales

Transaction Coordinator


Thomas had eight years of construction experience and over five years of military experience prior to joining Prestige Development Group. During his time in the Army, Thomas worked managing groups from 30 to 110 individuals. As Transaction Coordinator, Thomas is responsible for creating and overseeing all project schedules and managing the entire transaction process from start to finish.

He has work in construction and has been in the Army serving since 2011 as first a Military Policemen and then an Infantry Officer. He enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with his wife.

Kristy Fisher

Contract Specialist


Kristy has worked in the legal field in southern New Mexico for over 16 years.  She received her Associates in Applied Science, Paralegal from New Mexico State University-Dona Ana Branch. Kristy received her B.A. in Applied Science, Resource Management from Troy State University and went on to get her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Troy State University in 2007.  Kristy worked for the State of New Mexico and for a private practice attorney prior to coming to PDG, Inc. She brings with her a lot of knowledge and skills in a wide range of legal areas.

Joe Klamt


As controller for Prestige Development Group, Joe is responsible for the financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and day to day special projects as required by management.  Joe has a very diverse background, where he has held positions as, Vice President of operations for domestic and foreign companies, CFO of professional services, advertising, trucking, and franchise restaurant companies, controller of professional services, International and domestic tax manager, and transfer pricing specialist. It is the diversity of Joe’s experience that provides him with the ability to see things from many different perspectives, which provides new insight and ideas to the future growth of Prestige Development Group.

Joe is originally from Idaho, so enjoys outdoor activities. You may find Joe on his days off, racing his Jeep down a back road, riding his Yamaha 500WR dirt bike, exploring new places, fly fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, white water rafting, hunting, and hiking. Joe also enjoys, reading, designing products, martial arts, going out on the town, and a good movie. Joe enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, which are his true passion. Therefore, if you find Joe out on that back road, he will be accompanied by his family.
